Recycling Dual is the first industry-supported dual system in Germany, founded by the Smurfit Kappa Group, Europe’s leading paper manufacturer and recycler. Packaging licensing / EPR – what is it?

Licensing your sales packaging ensures the take-back and recycling of packaging waste that accumulates in German households. Manufacturers, online retailers, sellers and importers of packaged goods must join a dual system, thus ensuring the take-back and recycling of their packaging.

As of now, you can license all sales packaging easily and online for 2022 and ongoing. Our online service is aimed at all small and medium-sized distributors and manufacturers. For large customers, we have individual licensing offers ready. The takeover of transport and service packaging is also part of our service portfolio.
